This 14 year old was initially matured in bourbon casks before being transferred to charred virgin oak for a finishing period. The result? A superbly honeyed, fruity, and gently spicy Highland single malt.
Nose Nectarine, caramelised nuts, and spiced dark chocolate, with a good dollop of almond butter.
Palate Generous helpings of runny honey, alongside home made berry jam, citrus curd, and spicy fudge.
Finish A touch of oaky bitterness is balanced by yet more honey.
ABV:43%
