Nose:

This has a classic nose with lots of caramel with hints of vanilla, chocolate, and oak.

Palate:

The palate starts with a blast of rye spice and some heat, then settles into hints of caramel and vanilla.

Finish:

The finish is hot like the palate with lots of rye spice, pepper, and oak. It’s a bit dry and doesn’t have many of the sweet elements in the palate.
