Drumshanbo Single Pot Still Pinot Noir Cask release has been matured in Pinot Noir casks that previously aged delectable Pinot Noir from the Burgundy region of France. The result is a gorgeous Irish pot still whiskey with aromas of summer apple, candied fruits and vanilla – with a flavour profile containing a full-bodied creaminess, dried fruits and French oak with a warming finish.
