The Côtes-de-Blaye appellation is located along the right bank of the Gironde and at a distance of 45km north of Bordeaux. The soil types are clay-limestone and consist of gravels. The long history of Château Cap Saint-Martin begins in 1850 and is today the fifth generation of winegrowers.
Palate: A progressive attack accompanied by tannins well mixed with ripe fruit and a hint of blackcurrant. The finish remains very soft and has a nice length.
Nose: Clear and frank aromas of concentrated red berries.
Color: Ruby.
