The wine from Chateau Lestage Simon has a deep red color and a bouquet of red fruit combined with delicate woody undertones with dark colors and deep glints of garnet. The undertones are spicy, woody and slightly smoky. On the palate, sublte tannins underlie an attractive well-balanced, round and elegant structure.
