Angel’s Envy is a top tier Bourbon Whisky finished for 3 to 6 months in port wine barrels, marrying the sweet caramel and grain of bourbon with the rich sticky wine flavours of a port cask.
Nose: Orange segments, flaky pastry and cinnamon sticks.
Palate: Creamy vanilla, cedar spice and the start of the red berry sweetness.
Finish: A big ol’ helping of dark chocolate, red grape and a light waft of aromatic herbs.
