The anCnoc “Black Hill Reserve” takes its name from Knockdhu, which means Black Hill in Gealic. It was matured exclusively in ex-bourbon casks, playing to the classic, crisp anCnoc charcter with plenty of honey, green apples, soft oak, and vanilla.
